TERMS OF TRADE

The cost of freight will depend on the order amount and the location to where the wholesale order will be shipped to.

Generally orders in Australia will be shipped via Australia Post or Star Trek.
Freight is not included in product pricing, instead, it is calculated and applied to your final invoice before payment and dispatch.
For international orders you will receive a freight quote before your order is shipped.
Shipping fees will apply to every separate order.

Iliyah Modest Boutique will assess your business and provide the approved stockist with two wholesale pricing options; In-stock Price List & Custom Order Price List.

In-stock Price List

Once approved as a stockist, you will receive an email to a spreadsheet database with wholesale prices, product information; colours and styles and sizing quantity & availability.

There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) for In-stock Price List Items.

Once you have decided on which items you would like to order please send through your order via email.

An invoice will be sent with the price of the items and the freight once the payment has been made the items will be shipped.

Orders outside of Australia, please contact wholesale@hijabhouse.com.au for a quote.

Custom Order Price List

Once approved as a stockist, you will receive an email to a spreadsheet database with wholesale prices, product information; colours and styles and sizing quantity & availability.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for Custom Price List Items is different for each item please refer to the Custom Order Price List Database Spreadsheet for individual MOQ.

Once you have decided on which items you would like to order please send through your order via email.

An invoice will be sent with the price of the items and the freight once the payment has been made the items will be shipped.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for production and another 6-8 weeks for freight. Delays may occur.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

 Return of faulty/broken items should occur within 7 days of receiving them. To report a broken item, please email the details of the damage and an image to info@iliyahmodestboutique.com.au, and quote your invoice number.

Non-delivery must be reported immediately. All orders are final and cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated. We do not accept the return of unsold goods or change of mind.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Iliyah Modest Boutique is responsible for:
•    Fulfilling your orders in a timely fashion
•    Maintaining an honest and transparent relationship with you.
•    Providing expert support & advertising your business as an official stockist on social media and the website/
•    Referring potential customers to your store and promoting your status as an official stockist.

Official Stockists are responsible for:
•    Notifying Iliyah Modest Boutique of any business changes
•    Maintaining an honest and transparent relationship with you.
•    Making payment for orders and freight before order is placed
•   Promoting your status as an official stockist with Iliyah Modest Boutique

PRICES

Iliyah Modest Boutique reserves the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our main website (www.iliyahmodestboutique.com.au)  and on our price lists. 

Stockists are free to set your own pricing as you see fit.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL MATERIAL

Images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Iliyah Modest Boutique.

Approved Iliyah Modest Boutique stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the website/social media for the purpose of promoting the product/s.

Please contact us if you are unsure of image usage and we can direct you to our brand guidelines.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL MATERIAL

Iliyah Modest Boutique products cannot be modified in any way for resale or distribution. If you are unsure about product usage please contact our team to discuss further.

 LIABILITY

Iliyah Modest Boutique cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.

 AGREEMENT OF TERMS

 By placing an order with Iliyah Modest Boutique you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
